An Archipelago Resort Escape!

Why, hello, ocean! Oh! How I've missed you.  In fact, I hadn't seen the ocean since this trip.

Taking a short getaway from Zimbabwe, I found myself in beautiful Vilanculos, Mozambique.

The scenes on the Chobe River were serene and beautiful---it's amazing that just crossing the border
into Botswana from Zimbabwe had such remarkably different terrain!
